Need a hand? support@lanecaptain.com

What happens after I purchase?

Stripe confirms the payment, then LaneCaptain sends the captain directly into the team setup flow. The purchase activates one team for 36 league weeks.

Do players need accounts?

No. Only the captain creates an account. Players enter the permanent team code and their personal PIN to reach the team workspace.

How many players can a team have?

Each team can have up to six active bowlers. Retiring a player preserves their history and opens a roster spot.

Is the $100 a subscription?

No. Standard access is one $100 payment for one team and one 36-week season. LaneCaptain does not charge a separate fee for each player.

Can I change team settings later?

Yes. Captain Controls keeps the roster, schedule, awards, rules, PIN management, exports, and season tools together after setup.

How are card payments handled?

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. LaneCaptain does not receive or store full card numbers, and access is activated only after the server receives Stripe's confirmed payment result.

What if I need help with setup, access, or billing?

Email support@lanecaptain.com from the captain account email. Include the team name and a short description, but never send card numbers or player PINs.
